Instead of setting the bar as high as possible, we seem impressed that a candidate "seems like a normal, everyday guy"... WHAT? I don't want a normal, everyday guy or gal in charge thank you very much.
Imagine the pool we'll have to pull from in another 30 years when most of the kids will have grown up with video game systems and mindless entertainment nearly 24/7 and are called on to focus on a real-life, serious, world-threatening issue.

Quite frankly I don't care for either one. However, McCain seems to be the lesser of the two evils... It's sad that THIS is what we are coming to... The choices are pathetic.
